Ticket Terms and Conditions & Liability Waiver

Welcome to Now is How. By purchasing a ticket for or attending any Now is How event(s), you agree to the following Terms, Conditions, and Liability Waiver.

Acceptance of Terms

Attendance at the Event constitutes agreement to these terms and all posted safety rules and staff instructions. If you do not agree, do not attend.

Assumption of Risk

The Event may include immersive art installations, performances, music, lighting effects, structures, and large crowds. Participation involves inherent risks including injury, illness, property damage, or other loss.
By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, you release and hold harmless Now is How, Inc. (nonprofit), its staff, volunteers, artists, contractors, sponsors, and venue partners from any and all claims arising from attendance or participation, including claims of negligence.

Medical Acknowledgment

You confirm you are physically able to attend and are responsible for your own medical needs and insurance. You authorize emergency treatment if necessary and accept financial responsibility for care.

Media Release

By entering the Event, you consent to photography and video recording.
You grant Now is How permission to use your likeness for nonprofit promotional and documentation purposes without compensation.

Conduct

You agree to follow all safety rules, respect installations and attendees, and comply with laws. Organizer may remove anyone for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund.

Installations

Interactive installations must be used responsibly. Organizer is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse or unauthorized interaction.

Tickets & Refunds

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless required by law.
Organizer may cancel or modify the Event at any time.

Personal Property

You are responsible for your belongings. Organizer is not liable for lost or stolen items.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

By attending, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms voluntarily.
